European Financial Leadership Program (EFLP)

The European Financial Leadership Program (EFLP) is a key entry point to start a career in finance at Carrier. During the three-year period, financial associates will be working in three different companies of Carrier and are exposed to different finance functions such as FP&A, Controls and Finance Transformation. It is a great opportunity for people with the potential and ambition to become a Carrier international finance leader of the future.

Náplň práce

Spending 3 years in different rotations broadens finance and accounting skills, establishes a network of professional contacts, and helps gaining in-depth knowledge about Carrier's products and processes.

Associates also benefit from the company's international presence by filling positions around Europe. Rotations exist in France, Czech Republic, Germany, UK and Spain.

To enhance experience and develop business acumen, every year associates attend a training seminar as well as a networking event with Carrier finance executives. In addition, Carrier sponsors financial trainings and exams such as CIMA or ACCA for EFLP associates who desire to follow these training schemes.

Požadavky

  • Master’s degree, preferably in accounting or finance.
  • Fluent in English and 1 or 2 additional European language(s).
  • Relevant internship experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Desire to make a difference and a drive to deliver maximum value.
  • Geographical mobility and willingness to work and live in different places in Europe.
  • Global cultural awareness and good influencing skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the European Union.
  • Availability to join the program in Q1 or Q2 2020.
